Sounds like you tore the foreskin, if it's a little tare it should heal fine, it's skin so i wouldn't worry about it too much.

If you mean the frenulum the vein that holds the foreskin and the penis together than i'd say..go to a hospital? because i'm not even sure if you could heal that on you're own..

he hasn't long had it, we were play fighting, and he threw me ontop of him and it pulled his fore skin back to far.
