...mine.Sister put on lock? my boyfriend after 9 years died, His sister and him did not talk since his mother death. I did not live there but 80% of the household is mine. We were planning to get married. His sister put locks on the doors. I gave his nephew excutor since I am not able to cope with the will. All I want is my belongings.She pulled up a prior will (not probated) . I am sick of this and just want my belongings.
 
You don't live there, you aren't married, he was your boyfriend for 9 years, his sister has no idea who you are, you gave someone else the power to enforce the will? We're supposed to believe you have had a relationship? I can see why his sister would never believe you either.

Get a lawyer.
 
Wow, she does have a strong case being a blood relative and the fact that you WERE'NT married does not help you one bit either.I'm not telling you its hopeless but you sound like you got a hard and long fight ahead of you!As far as getting your stuff back your going to need reciepts or some type of documentation to prove the not so obvious stuff was yours, "I.E." excluding clothing jewlrey and the like.
