my boyfriend and i always argue and i can't take it no more should we just break up?

i'm 19 and he's 25
he owns a brokerage business and still lives with his parents
he always complains about how he wants to move out and does nothing
we are always arguing and last night we had the biggest argument over him not wanting to move out of his parents house.
what should i do?
