...across as offensive? For example...I noticed he gives much higher priority to chain of command than my previous bosses. I have also realized repeating his statement in different words to show I have been listening actually appears to come across to him as my not listening. I am no expert on Iranian business culture but I wonder if and how such behaviors may relate to it.
