My boss is CREEPY... What should I do?

I've been working at my job for almost 2 years and he's always made me feel SUPER uncomfortable. When I first started, he would come and talk to me for hours about non-work related topics. I would take my breaks in my CAR & he would go out and talk to me the ENTIRE time. It was to the point where I had to drive way. A few times, he told me about his past girlfriends and relationships. It was weird b/c he specifically told me they were Asian (I'm Asian). So I think he has this thing for Asian girls. Now, he would find ways to pretend he needed to talk to me or need something. When I tried to take breaks in our cafeteria, I would see him walk back and forth the doorway. He knows when I leave to go home and somehow always comes to "talk" to me whenever the time comes. I've seen him peek into the room I work in and leave when I'm not in there. Or if he peeks in and sees me already talking to someone, he leaves. The creepiest thing is, he likes to stand really close. For example, if I sit in a chair that has swivel wheels (like a computer chair), I can feel him stepping on the wheels. He also tends to stand in between me and another person if I'm already standing right next to the other person. He gives me only about 1ft of personal space and that to me is WAY TOO CLOSE. It's to the point where I literally have to back away. I also don't engage in a conversation or even do eye contact anymore because I think It encourages him to stick around. I don't think it's harassment but I go outta my way to avoid him. Am I paranoid? I feel this way about NO ONE ELSE at work. Really, is it just me???
