My body hurts from going to the gym for the first time what can i do?

Its mostly my thighs that hurt (I went gym yesterday for 5 and half hours...cycling,treadmill etc etc had a 15 min break in between...My friend convinced to go Lol)...I should have done 1 hour a day instead...but what can i do to relieve the pain because I cant even walk and find it hard keeping my legs straight...
