...the human body please help? SERIOUS QUESTION, A BIT LONG BUT YOU COULD BE MAKING A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Thanks :)

For a year now I have been experiencing back (lower and upper), neck and knee pains. I also have creaky elbow joints. I am only 19 year old guy.

I know this is partly because as a 14 year old, I lost one of my parents and it affected me badly. The way I saw it was that I could only protest non-verbally by messing up my posture to the extent that not even I would remember how to undo it. Don't ask me why.

5 years later and about to go to university I'm feeling its side effects. It's been really messing with my quality of life. My digestion, circulation and breathing are all affected. I noticed this when I retook horse riding to get more active and to work on my posture. Long story short i was terrible compared to how I used to be (near competition level), bad posture, shallow breathing, tight legs etc so the instructor manually showed me the desired position.

When he did this, It was like I hit nirvana, but funnily enough, it was a familiar nirvana, exactly how I used to feel- in control but free in my own body. My breathing came back fully and deeply, all the tension and pain in my body vanished as if it never existed and it was like I had a firm grasp of awareness on my body once more ... I felt so good I couldn't even answer the instructor because I just wanted to stay like that. The second the instructor let go of my back, all the numbness, pain and tension returned.

Before and after this I've been feeling alot like a tonne of bricks.
I am at a loss over what to do. .

I mean what is the best way to go about this? Who should I see? what should I do? do i consider pilates? i have no idea.

Any advice or help as to what to do would be most welcome and Thankyou for taking your time to read this.
