My bluetooth isn't working?

check if the bluetooth driver is installed and make sure the laptop recognises the bluetooth device on the laptop by heading over to the device manager-[just type device manager in the search bar]
and just if there is a '?' mark or anything else against the bluetooth device -if yes then you should consider reinstalling the bluetooth driver.

You need to configure the bluetooth to another bluetooth device first.
 
I use to could send pictures to my apple laptop from my chocolate touch but know since i download the newer version of safari it won't let me. it just says no services found when i try to connect. and both Bluetooth's are on. can i do anything on my phone or my computer to get it working again
