ever since the battery drained and it shut off a few days ago I cant get it to charge.
I plug it in and theres a red light. Then the screen turns white with a little battery with a lightning bolt through it.
then it goes off again and i cant get the damn thing to turn on.
Sorry. Im frustrated with this phone beyond all belief. Does anyone know how I can just get it to charge???
Please dont tell me to take it back to the store. Its still new and Ive never had problems before I just need to know how to charge it..
