I have a Blackberry storm, and here is the problem and what happened.
I locked it and then tried to unlock it and it was frozen, then I took out the battery and put it back in. Now, when I try to turn it on , it goes to a black screen with a small clock in the middle and won't go to the main menu.
What should I do? The battery pull doesn't work. I already tried it...
