Ok this is my second attempt at writing this. Phone froze. I'm running 5.0.0.328. I have one app and one game. My pics and vids are stored to my memory card. This phone freezes at lest a dozen plus times a day. So have to pull the battery everytime. And the software has crashed twice too. I use the close button all the time. I take care of it. But I'm just starting to get irritated with it. Cuz its always when I'm in the middle of something. sometimes I just want to throw it. I hate this phone. Anyone please give me an idea what can fix this.
