My blackberry is having issues with playing songs and media.?

When I go to play a song, it goes to the play screen like it is supposed to but it doesn't play at all. I can't move the position of the song slider, the play and stop buttons are completely nonresponsive, and I can't even adjust the volume. I can access the options menu but can't do anything that helps from there. I tried reloading my music on there again and even took a few off in case the memory card was too full. HELP!!!!
 
maybe its a hardware problem, i would send it back to your company for a exchange
