My blackberry has a strange weird gray icon and i dont know what it is. HELP! :)?

my blackberry has two identical icons now on my home screen that look like an old alarm clock or mickey mouse, they are gray, they have an s in the middle of them, and have a yellow triangle in the bottom right hand corner. help anyone?
