I have a blackberry curve and my boyfriend just bought the same phone as me. His blackberry didnt come with the TV app/icon, music or browser. He also can't set up a personal email account and his black berry messenger isn't working. Can anyone tell me why this is?
When i bought my blackberry i had all this, but his doesnt. I tried going to the blackberry website but it confuses me. We are going to go back to the store tomorrow, but for now does anyone have any answers?
