oh no, that happened to my friend's 9700 as well. we fixed his phone by moving all his music, pictures and videos to his memory card. try not to save anything on your phone's internal memory.
This just starting happening and seems to occur more often (literally every couple minutes) when I use BBM. Out of nowhere, the phone reboots itself - shuts off and completely restarts. Help!?
