My Bike's rear tyre rotates even when clutch is pressed ? Is this normal ?

The condition you describe is not abnormal, but it may indicate the clutch cable needs to be adjusted. My Honda does the same thing, never had a problem with it, as long as the rotation ceases when the bike is in neutral.
 
When I put my bike in centre stand (i.e. the rear tyre gets lifted), the rear tyre of my bike (a Hero Honda CBZ-Extreme, 150 CC) rotates even when i press the clutch and put it in a gear (but not when in neutral). Higher the gear or more the throttle, faster the tyre rotates. Is this normal ? I presumed the tyre goes free whenever the clutch is pressed ...
