My bike wont start

Thank you all for your great input, but it still wont start.
So its off to the dealer, I hope he dose not screw me with over charges just becase of my lack of motorcycle know how.
I will let you know how it gose tomorow.

I think your kickstand may be down and it looks like it's in gear.
