my bike gears keep messing up..(bicycle)?

ok well, ive been working on my bike and it never realy used to shift too well. It would usually skip gear 5 and do all the other gears fine.

So one day 2 days ago, i decide, alright, im tired of it doing that. I tried to fix it. Now i reallize...i can't fix it!!

Now, it can't switch to gear 2 properlly and gears 6 and 7 vibrate...What can i do???
the cable is as tight as can be and ive been messing witht he screws for two days now :/
 
simple take into shop ask them to repair ask if you can watch as they do it so you know how to adjust properly nexttime.
 
Make sure the cable is tight.
adjust HL screws.

mess with barrel adjuster?
If all else fails you may have to take it in to get it looked at.
