the only thing i can think of, are make your tieres thiner, if you are large, i will eccomend that you loose some weight. But if you are slim then don't.
Little things like, how you possition your body when cycling always helps and always have a bottle holder and a bottle in your frame, that produces less drag than without one.
So think about what possition if best for you, try making your tieres thiner and be more aerodynamic.
Time trial handlebars reduced ALLOT of time with every mile you do. But with you pedaling faster, thats good.
