his boss on friday he cant work until he is checkd out again on monday.. so he was waiting at the drs to be seen and his boss call saying his doctor said he could have done light work on friday which is bullspit... isnt this somehow illegal... i mean his boss is basiclly endangering my bfs health right?? going against the drs orders could possibly make him injure himself more.. then when it comes down to workers comp. hisboss is gna be like no you didnt listen to the dr we arent payin anything.... someone plz give me advice on what to do.. i want mybf to not work there but he cant get unemployment if he quits even thohes been tere 3 yrs.....
