I'm afraid my Betta might be sick, and I want to be sure I know what it is before I start any treatment. Right now it looks like his scales are coming off (some are almost bristly...not like a pine-cone yet though) and on his left side it looks puffy and swollen in a patch. He has also been staying close to the bottom, and he rarely eats. I would like to know for sure what is wrong with him and, if you can, maybe give me treatment options. Thanks to those who can help!
