My betta fish is acting weird!!! Please help!!!?

Today i noticed my Betta fish was acting weird! She just stays at the top and sits there and looks like shes dead! But she isn't! I have been feeding her normally and changing her water normally. only thing i changed was i but a fake leaf in her bowl/tank. It was from my gold fish's bowl but i washed it really good with HOT water. Please help me because i don't know if she is sick or its just how they act!

- Female Betta fish
- Lee's Critters Kepper(is her tank)
- I only clean her tank/gravel with HOT water

my bata dose the same thing and i put a plastic plant in there also its nothing to worey about hes just geting board. they just dont like lack of space
