My best guy friend who likes me is all curious and in my business?

So I posted something on facebook that was quoteing something a new friend said (jokingly) "You can't be behind the first days of school" and after that yes, I could. Lol. Bc my email wasn't working and I was late getting in the syllabus. The new guy that told me that, we'll call him bob. My best guy friend, we'll call him weirdo for right now. So bob sits by me in math and that's where we started talking. New friends and weirdo knows about him, but it shouldn't be that big of a deal...at all bc it's just a new friend?. I knew weirdo liked me when we first met, but I didn't return his feelings. Recently he's come out to me saying he's still liked me and he really put a strain on the friendship because I DON'T like him like that. It's kind of annoying actually. but yeah after I posted that statues he was like "Who told you that??" and I just kind of ignored it bc I mean, it DOESN'T matter, right? So I responded to my other friends comments and then he asked AGAIN but put it in all caps?? I'm really annoyed with him bc he's being so freaking annoying. Like he's the only person I talk to and he needs to know everything I'm doing and who I'm talking to, but I DO talk to other people, tons. How can I tell him to chill out with it? oh yeah and he's ALWAYS trying to make me jealous with calling other girls pretty like if one walks by and I'll be like... oh yeah she is pretty (but I mean, it's not like I really care dude. Sure, yes, they're pretty, and??) and he shows me text of when he's talking to another girl and he's like "oh I'm talking to this new girl, amber, look at her text and pictures" and I'm like... I don't even care! lol I just take the phone and pretend to do stuff with it for like 2 seconds and be like oh. nice. lol I'm a pretty honest person. If I have a problem with another girl, I won't call them ugly just bc I don't like them bc if they're pretty, they're obviously pretty, not so much their personalities. But how can I get the point accross to him? It's driving me nuts, like I don't even want to hang out with him anymore. Things used to be cool when he kept his mouth shut about liking me, but I NEVER gave him hints about me liking him.
