My best friend is acting weird?

Me and my best friend have known each other since we were really little and we've never EVER fought. I think there has been a bit of silent tension between us sometimes but that's the worst it's ever been.

Today we were playing a game and she kept changing the rules (to suit her needs) and she "was always right" when ever there was confusion. My sister (whom she's also known for years) was playing too and the three of us are really close. At one point my sister accidentally backed up into my friend to catch the ball but my friend yelled at her "Watch where you're going! You dont need to push!" My sister calmly explained it was an accident but she kept yelling"You should have been watching where you were going!" Its really not like her to say things like that. She would normally say "sorry" even though she'd done nothing wrong or just plainly say "Oh its ok". We'd all been a little tense from all the confusion of the rules but my friend would never talk like that to anyone. Especially not to me or my sister. I really dont know what's up with her and its making me really upset. She acted a little bit like this a few weeks ago too but it hasn't bothered me as much as this.

Please help and try to tell me why she's acting like this or what I can do!

maybe she having some troubles at home or somewhere else?
all you can do is ask her what the matter is, let her know your there for her,

good luck I hope it works out for you x

It could be an age thing, as in getting older you go through mood changes. Also your best friend might be going through difficult times at home, work or school and doesn't know how to react other than blow up at the people closest to them. It's probably best to ask what is going on and if something (other than your family) is bothering them.

Don't worry about it, just try to talk to her about it
It might be a big of puberty too, so you gotta just try to get through it
It's happened to everyone, sudden mood swings and annoying friends.
