My best friend is a poet, how to make her writing public?

My friend's father passed away at the beginning of June and to let out her grief she writes poetry, and her writing can easily be mistakened for some of the greatest poets in the world. I told her that she is going to become famous because of her writing, but I need to know how to do this. Her poems really show how upset she is inside, but she knows how to not show it in public. She really deserves this, but she is so young (13).
Please help me help her, Ps. We don't live in a big city. It's only a small town.

go to blogger and start her own blog which is for anything you want to write down and it goes out to the whole world. Purdue College is where she wants to go with here writing it is like one of the best.teachers the public and just about anybody who is anybody uses this site and I do too. They don't care how old you are just so you know it is more for her own entertainment then anybody yet it can be used like a diary of sorts.
