My Bankruptcy is posted in a privately run periodical, is that legal?

I had to file for bankruptcy as a private citizen last year, I'm sorry to say, and I was well aware that it would be public record. I didn't know, however, that a privately run magazine would be allowed to publish my full name and address both in print and online. Is it legal for them to do so? I don't mind people knowing that I filed - hey, I made mistakes - but having my name and contact information permanently on the web feels like an invasion of my privacy.

it is NOT private - Bankruptcies appear in newspapers all the time - it is NOT illegal, in fact, it is probably a REQUIREMENT to notify any creditors you may have omitted

everyone is a "private citizen" - that means nothing - and it's going to appear on your credit report for the next 10+ years - I haven't check my credit reports this year yet, but mine was supposed to finally drop off after 10 yrs in Jan-Feb

That's a big arguing point in legal matters now. What laws to pass and how do what we already have apply on something that in one respect is invisible, and in another, is as impossible to moderate as the sun at noon. You could try talking with an attorney, or ironically, doing some searching on the web to see what you can find.
