My ball python won't eat on her own. Need advice...?

We've had her for almost 4 months now and she still wont eat on her own we have to assist her everytime minus the day we brought her home she eats frozen and is now gaining weight she is healthy in all other aspects and has perfect lighting, heat, and humidity to the t what else can i do?
