my baby's skin is flaky?

my daughters skin on her four head is really flaky under her eyebrows she is in the hospital for something else and i asked the nurses and the don't know what its going on does any one else know
my baby has really flaky skin under her eyebrows shes in the hospital right now for another reason and i asked the nurses and they dont know what it is but they do know its not baby acne and i have been putting lotion on it everyday and its not helping
 
Alot of people, babies or not, tend to have dry eyebrows for some reason, I don't think it's a big deal, just put some vaseline or baby oil where its dry to give the area some moister.
