There had been about 4 leaves, not large on most of the dozen or so dahlias that i planted, in my planter-bath tub in the garden actually! So they were 4 feet off the ground level. Will the stubby stems with black wilted mini-leaves be able to reshoot? and flower in the future?
My baby dahlia shoots got frost-burn. Will the plant return?
