My baby brother just turned 3 and he is really sick, he's crying and isn't

eating but he has no fever or flu..? he's crying and isn't eating but he has no fever or flu.. My mom checked his temp and he was fine, my mom says he kind of vomited after trying to eat, and he's constantly coughing, we took him to the doctors and his doctor gave him antibiotics to take for only one day, but the problem is my doctor said that he drank it but sort of spit it out and the nurse is like "well that's fine, he swallowed something and should be fine tomorrow" but he isn't fine.. he's coughing more and stuff, and he took a nap and woke up crying... What could it be??? He has allergies to A LOT of things, literally. Like, he's lactose intolerance, can't really eat oranges, but sort of does, he drinks soy milk, he can't eat bananas, no peanuts (obviously for lactose intolerance) umm... he used to not be able to eat eggs but can now, he has way more allergies but can't list them all. Any suggestions on why he's sick?
 
I would take him to a hospital. You really can't take a chance with a young baby who can't tell you what's wrong. Since he doesn't have a fever, it might be a condition with his intestines or something if he can't eat, and has alll the allergies. My baby cousin had similar symptoms and had to get surgery on his stomach and intestines, so I would take him right in.
