My baby always end up eating paint chips...?

Hi,

My baby is one yr old and he loves to put toys in his month. But the thing is he always bit the toys and end up eating paint chips. I don't know the paint is lead free or not. How dangerous and what quantity it is for baby to eat too many paint chips? How can I prevent this coz it means I will have to take away many of his toys.

Take away all toys that chip paint or suffer the consequences of your kid having to wear a helmet all his life...

You need to buy better toys if that is the case. Where are you buying them, the dollar store?

You should throw away toys that are actually painted. Most toys these days are made from plastic or the wooden ones have been colored with paint that won't chip off.

If you don't know that a toy is for sure lead free, DON'T GIVE IT TO YOUR KID! Any lead paint is TOO MUCH!

your toys shouldn't be chipping throw them out and buy knew safe ones

it is very dangerous for a little boy that's eat chips paint, go to home depot and buy ask for lead testers and you can check if the paint have lead, i have a Boy that was lead poison in now he has epecial needs becouse the lead it got into his system. i got those lead tester at home depot.good luck
