...causeing this? This rapid weight loss has occured over the last couple of days, she has a lump under her gill things but this has been there for a while and hasnt caused any trouble. the water has been cleaned and doesnt seem to hold incorrect PH levels or anything like that. my little brother is getting upset as we cant seem to find what is wrong with her. hope some one can help!
 
You need to give more information so we can help you.

What size is the tank?
Do you have a filter?
Has the tank been cycled (this does NOT mean to let the water sit and run in the tank for a week or anything)?
How long have you had the fish?

pH level doesn't matter.
