I wish I could make this feeling go away. I get a tightness and ache in my chest that does not go away unless I pop a xanax. I have been taking .5 mg to 1mg a day for the past year and a half. I recently went from 40mg to 60mg on my celexa to ween off the Xanax. I am down now to about .5 a day and thinking about going off the Xanax all together.
How does your anxiety present itself? In the chest like me ? I find holding a pillow to my chest helps, especially at night when I am falling asleep.
