the amp, there is a screw to why?
yeah i know that is the amp turn on, however, on the amp itself where it says 12v remote ground, there is a screw on the remote, like on the amp. there is the three with the screws, i have it all hooked up and it works, but on the amp it also has a second screw for the remote wire. i can't figure out why there are two.

Remote is what tells the amp to turn on.

So you run a wire from your deck (usually says auto antenna or remote) to this slot so the amp only comes on when your deck is turned on.

its just for a low current signal to tell the amp to come on.

That is where the remote turn on wire from your radio goes,so the amp turns on and off with the radio.
That is if you have a aftermarket radio.
