Thats normal! Don't worry about it. Kids that age don't care about being that close to each other.
 
Definately normal. It's not like they were trying to have sex. My friends and I all used to shower and bathe together as kids, and we are all straight. Its probably just about fitting in, nothing more. Now when he is 20, you might have something to worry about.

kids experiment sometimes because they're curious about doing things with someone the same sex as them.
however he's 13 so I would think he would already know his sexuality unless he just wanted to try something out.
maybe you should talk about it?
