My Adobe Photoshop CS2 won't open up correctly. Help?!?

Every time I open it up it tells me "You are not allowed to continue because your account does not have the proper privileges. Please log in using an account with administrator privileges and try again." I can assure you that I have purchased Adobe Photoshop CS2. I got a new laptop so I tried installing it into this one and it doesn't work. I've also tried unstalling and re-installing but it doesn't work. Can anyone help me? Oh yeah my account is also on administrator. This is the only account I have.
 
If you're computer is Vista or Windows 7 right click the shortcut to open it and choose Properties. After that go to compatability and "Run This Program as:" Windows XP and on the bottom check "Run as Administrator" then try running the program again.
