My throat is very sore. When I touch my adam's apple it hurts. When I swallow it hurts. Pretty much when ever I touch the outside of my throat it hurts. When I move my head side to side my throat hurts. And it kind of hurts when I talk but its not that bad in this case. I feel like I have some kind of mucus or phlegm in my throat. I don't think I have a cold or anything. I am a 15 year old guy and I am going to my doctor for a visit soon but till then what should I do?
