my ac in my 97 dodge dakota is fully charged but dont blow as cold as it should...

...it does ok but when the temp? when the out side temp gets in the upper 90s and up it dont work like it should and when im just sitting still it drops alot know alot about cars but not ac any help would be great ty

know how to put 134 in thats not the prob
sr but i dont want a google answer but a mechanic im a carpenter and ive seen the answers on construction lol some are close but not always right
