My 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee starts up slowlllyyyy and then it idles rough. it starts

revving up like to like 4? Okay. So .. basically when i start the car it starts really slow like rum rumm rumm and then after the fourth rumm and starts and then goes RUMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!! it like idles very hard. i'm scared to put it in drive while it's idling like that lol. it goes to like number 4. do you know what the problem might be? PLEASE HELP =D
 
As said already, it's likely a vacuum leak.
But i did see one recently that was wierd and simple.
The large round gasket where the air intake meets the top of the throttle body had broken and part of the gasket had entered the throttle body and blocked the throttle plate from closing. Kinda a fluke thiing.
Remove the air intake from the throttle body and inspect for any obstructions around the butterfly.
If you dont see anything start checking for vacuum leaks.

Sounds like a vacuum leak to me but I could be wrong. I would check to see if I have any hoses off of the intake or lines from the intake cracked or dryrotted. That's my best guess.
