my 99 chrysler sebring stalls everytime i come to a stop and then stops

shifting what could be the problem? i got the cellenoid pack changed and also the sensors on the transmission. once i start to go above 55 mph and then come to a stop the car goes into safe mode and will not allow me to get out of 2nd gear. i think it might be the tcm? what do i do?
i got the cellenoid pack changed and also the sensors on the transmission. once i start to go above 55 mph and then come to a stop the car goes into safe mode and will not allow me to get out of 2nd gear. i have had the trans fluid check. i was told that it could be the TCM....... any suggestions!?!?
