on the A/C...? and the car runs normal when it's off. And it when I run the A/C while in park, the engine's power fluctuates up and down almost like it's going to stall. What does this sound like? The last time I had it serviced I had to put in a new radiator and the repairman told me to keep an eye on my water pump. Could the water pump going bad cause this? The car has almost 150,000 miles on it so I don't want to spend more than the car is really worth, but right now I also can't afford a new one either.

I would look first at the engine mounts. Next the spark plugs condition and at that time a compression test.
The air filter, throttle body or fuel filter "dirty" will cause this also. And only NGK spark plugs in a Honda.
Now if you add a set of spark plug ignition wires, You will have a first class tune up.

My car does this too. I took it to a body shop and they said I need to replace some parts...I would go to multiple repairmen because sometimes they might just be trying to get you to replace unnecessary things.

It might sound strange, but you could either have a bad engine or transmission mount. The extra load on the engine could case the broken mount to act up. Good Luck
