My 98 Chrysler sebring is toatlly dead.the ignition fuse keeps blowing?

My 98 Chrysler sebring is toatlly dead.the ignition fuse keeps blowing and its just sitting there and when i turn the key the engine does nothing.the battery isnt dead because we tried to jump it but it still does nothing.what do i do this is my only car.
 
you must repair the dead short that is causing the "ignition fuse" to blow. THAT is your problem.
