my 97 jeep cherokee stalls.I take it to get fixed& pay for what they 'think' is

wrong, then it stalls again.? I have no clue what is wrong with my jeep, and i'm starting to think the mechanics that have worked on it don't know either. lol If anyone has had similar problems please let me know what you did and what was wrong so I can fix mine.
 
Please supply more details if you want good answers.

Describe when it stalls, what has changed with the car, what the mechanic did, how many miles and if you kept the car maintained based on the manufacturer schedule.
