My 95 honda Accord is missing on aceleration?

I have a 95 honda accord 2.2 VTech EX 2d AT that is missing on acceleration this came about all at once, when i first start the car it is fine then get a little worse as you are driving i do have a bad leak in my exhaust and i have ran some fuel cleaner in the car but it does not seem to help. What should i do
