The fuse box is under the dash, driver side. On the cover, all fuses are labeled so you should be able to locate it without testing them all. All main fuses and relays are located under the hood in a black box by the battery.
If all fuses are good, you may have a bad blower motor which is not hard to replace if you are mechanically declined.
