my 94 tempo's electrical system is almost out in my car also i replaced all fuses...

...but internal stuff wont work? like my stereo is out so is the seatbelts and the cig lighter,internal lights,horn,and power mirrors
 
check and make sure the battery terminals are clean and make sure your ground is good
