My 94 lexus wont start. I bought a new battery for it and it still wont start.?

when i turn the key nothin happens. it dont even make the click noise. Also my high and low beam lights dont work. My alarm system, My interior lights, My radio whats wrong
 
clean the battery terminals and tighten them. then if it don,t start it could be the neutral safety switch or the battery not fully charged. it could even be the starter.
 
are cables clean and tight which is first thing that goes bad and needs to be clean before replacing battery did you have it tested id say cables are dirty or one might be broken
 
CLean the battery cables at BOTH ends. Power wash your engine. Corrosion inside the cables causes increased resistance.Also, check your anti-theft system out for a bad fuse or bad sensor. If the car thinks it is being stolen, it won't send a signal to the starter. Also, be SURE to change your timing belt on time. THese engines will self destruct if you don't!!! good luck!!
