When I start my 93 Honda it screeches really loud for about 30 seconds or so. And sometimes when I drive through puddles. It usually doesn't when I start it up after its warmed up. Any ideas? The guy at Precision Tune Auto Care told me it was because the power steering belt is loose. Well I tightened it and it didn't help.
