My 89 Jeep Wrangler is getting NO power whatsoever. Won't start, no lights, etc.

Battery is new. Any clue? Psycho ex probably has disconnected/cut something. Battery is new and was tested just to be safe at Autozone. When you try to start it no click also no lights at all. Any suggestions??
