They're supposed to bring their bikes to learn safety, practice obstacles, etc. Should I keep him home from school to keep him from getting embarassed/humiliated, or so that I don't look like a 'bad mom' because my son can't ride like his peers?
fyi: 'Adam' isn't all that coordinated (or confident) & he's always been very large (tall like mom & burly like dad) for his age. He has a 2-wheeler/helmet/etc but I haven't been successful in getting him rolling - no training wheels can seem to hold his weight (and neither can I!) Any useful ideas on how to teach him?
